Your store belongs to you with your own products. BigCartPro hosts your store on your own domain address. Your store will have a domain like this: www.yourdomain.com. Your store will NOT be an extension of the BigCartPro domain.

Who will be hosting my store?

We will provide hosting for your store, our data center is in NYC.

How often is my site backed up?

Our server kept back up everyday, and our hosting partner can restore it any time as per your requirement.

How do I setup my store after signup?

You don't have to worry about this our team will install store for you on your domain.

Do you offer e-mail account with my store?

Yes we do, our all hosting plan come with unlimited email account which you can access by webmail or email client such as Outlook.

Do you have alerts for new/update orders?

For every order to your online store, you can select to have email notification.

Do you offer merchant account?

Do all plans have the same features?

Yes! We don't believe in limiting the features in our plans. Our plans differ based on the number of products you can create as well as the storage space and bandwidth you use. You can of course upgrade plans at any time if required.

Can I upgrade between plans?

What is SEO optimization?

What aftersales support do you offer?
